RTX
If listeners use personal hearing devices without direct Auracast™ reception, the “RTX EXPERIENCE” receiver is available to them. Headphones, earphones or neck loops for inductive listening with hearing aids or cochlear implant systems can be connected via its 3.5 mm jack socket when the T-coil is activated. Participants then receive the Auracast™ data stream with their respective personal hearing systems.

RTX
The »RTX-DUPLEX Licence« add-on enables the activation of Auracast transmitter mode (TX) for RTX Experience devices. This gives them transceiver status and allows them to be operated either as transmitters or receivers, depending on which mode is activated. The integrated 3.5 mm jack socket is used to connect a microphone.
When the »RTX-DUPLEX+ Licence« add-on is activated, it unlocks Auracast transmitter mode (XT) and media player mode (via microSD card slot) for RTX devices.
Auracast™ audio broadcast streaming is suitable for use in all environments – indoors and outdoors, stationary or mobile. Areas of application include guided tours in museums and exhibitions, at historical sites or in halls with unfavourable room acoustics, up to busy centre streets.
Contemporary technology combined with a user-friendly design characterises all devices in the RTX series. For example, the desired Auracast™ broadcast audio channel can be searched for and selected using the control elements. The robust design ensures a long service life.
The device battery is charged via the integrated USB-C socket or, depending on the number of devices, with the »SmartHive« or »Hive 4« chargers.
